Tastes great!

This rice seems a little longer than my usual rice, and it smells a whole lot nuttier and savory when cooking!  I really like it.  The taste is exceptional.  It requires a bit more water than my usual rice but each new type is a learning curve.  It was shipped just in its own bag, covered in a thin layer of plastic wrap with a shipping label.  I was concerned because the plastic seemed damp between the layers when I unwrapped it, though the rice in the bag looked fine.  I think perhaps it was the arid and cold area I live in causing condensation, but it did seem an odd way to ship a food product.  I am glad I got it right away as I have squirrels that visit my porch who would have made short work of the bag and plastic wrap!
