complete soldering kit

I purchased this soldering iron kit because I was told this would be what I needed to make some net pots for my hydroponic garden and my husband has stated that he would be interested in having one for his workshop.  This kit comes with the soldering iron, 6 interchangeable nibs, a tube of solder wick, tweezers, a work stand with a built-in sponge and a user’s manual. The soldering iron has an on/off switch and an adjustable temperature control knob on the handle.

Put water in the well with the sponge on the work stand to use it to clean the tip of the soldering iron before and after using. The stand comes in handy for holding the hot iron while you are working with it. The nibs are quite easy to change out and the user manual gives you lots of details on how to effectively use this iron. I appreciate the added tube of solder wick and the extra long tweezers. This iron heats up quickly and cools down rapidly. I need to pick up a jar of flux to use along with this. I am hoping to learn how to make jewelry and be able to use this iron to make some beautiful pieces to gift.
