I've had carpal tunnel syndrome surgery years ago and have tried so many support wraps and this one takes the cake. Eventhough it's more of a sport support wrap it's perfect for me. For years I had to wear the type that has a metal plate which did it's job but was very uncomfortable. And others less restrictive had to buy one for each hand. This one is the perfect size, adjustable support and can be worn on either hand.
