You may only get about an inch more room with these extenders. But hey sometimes that is enough. So far the AXEN button waistband Extenders seem to be holding up well. The botton part is made of metal. The loop is a spring like "material". I would prefer someting else ans softer, but maybe this material is used for durabilty.
