I have so many pairs of earrings that I have a horrible time deciding what to wear when. I forget what I have because I spend so much time digging through trying to find things. But when I saw these earring, I knew I had to have them. They HAD to be a part of my enormous collection. So, I bought them!
They were longer than I thought they would be. I do not have a long neck, so anything seems long on me. But these are not so long that I feel they drag my shoulders. They hang almost to my shoulders and add a nice elegant look and feel to whatever I am wearing. They are multi-colored with shine and sparkle that catches your eye, but in darker colors. I picked them for the black and white look they have, since I wear so much black. I thought they would compliment nearly any outfit I have. They are a bit heavier than I was expecting though. They tend to pull my ears down as they hang. I hate when the hole looks like it is tearing or stretching out, which you can see in the picture of me wearing them. But they don't feel painful. They just need some additional support behind the ear to hold them in place. There are actually earring attachments you can buy that allow you to hold your earrings in place and keep them from dragging like this. But I don't have them yet, so I will have to deal with these hanging a little lower than I would like for now.
The stones all appear to be well seated and don't look like there is need to fear any of them falling out. I don't see any loose stones or even any that are seated crookedly. They all have unique, soft colors that can be paired with nearly anything I wear. I love the fact I can wear these with jeans and a shirt to dress it all up a little, or with a nice black dress or something fancier. When I pull my hair up, they dangle and sway easily without feeling heavy or distracting, and when my hair is down, they hang nicely within my hair to add some color and sparkle to it.
I am loving how they look and how easy they are to wear. I have sensitive ears, so have to use hypoallergenic earrings. I am not sure if these are hypoallergenic, but I can wear them for hours on end without my ears getting red or beginning to hurt.
