Extra Long Grain White Basmati 10 Lb Bag it came rap and clear plastic that's all recovering it had. It is a big 10 lb bag I can't wait to use. Update from the 23rd of November 2020 review: rice continues to cook out well I think it's the same way I cook other rice to the first knuckle depending on how much I cook. Or just barely covering it. Too much water can leave it mushy. It's always light, fluffy very good! Mine was always cooked in a rice cooker. December 12/20 Updated:
