I take this on the boat and keep the things that CAN NOT get wet. We can use it like a backpack if we want or just carry it with the handle on it. The top folds down and then you clip to keep it in place and the water out. It is a bright yellow with black straps so it is easy to see. Big and roomy with a zipper pocket on the outside.
