This little guy really brings it! It oscillates, has a fan seeing for cool air as well as two heat settings, and it is very small/portable. Blows really hot really fast, a described when I bought it. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it seems to not want to turn itself off via the knob. There is a safety prong underneath that shuts the heater off of it falls over, and I find after I've turned the heater off I have to physically pick it up to actually shut it off. Other than that it's all good, fair for the price.
