This garlic press by LuPuSon works good and is easy to use. I put a large piece of garlic inside that I had taken most of the dry skin off of and squeezed. The garlic came out minced and the rest of the skin and hard parts were left. The part I didn't want to use just pealed off the top to throw away. This is easy to clean. I just rinsed mine and through it in the dishwasher. This is sturdy and didn't feel like it was going to break with the pressure of the squeeze.
