My daughter broke her ankle a few months ago and is still on the mend. Although she did not have to have surgery it was still a really bad break according to her ortho doctor and wanted her to continue with support when she was being active with sports or running around in the yard so we decided to give 11Force a shot to see if it would help with the support we felt she needed and I believe it is.
She wraps her ankle herself which is great so you know it is easy to work with, it stays together good so we don't have to worry about it coming off while she is in the middle of Volleyball which she plays for her local school.
This tape can be used for many purposes such as sprang, support of your ankles, wrists, knees or other areas. It is also good to hold bandages on with if you want to add a little special touch with this high fashion tape. Overall I feel it is top quality and works just as described. We are definitely a fan and love how this box comes with 6 rolls of assorted style camouflage.
