When I do my workouts, it is good to wear weight cuffs on my wrists. It adds a little weight to your forearm, which causes your biceps to work a little harder. And it's funny how light your arms feel when you take the cuffs off, it's almost like your arms will fly away (LOL). Here I am in my workour sweats.
