I got this, so I was't going to go through batteries as fast as I was. I was a little worried about how it would hold up trying to plug the controllers in, so I have to hold the back of the stand when I am plugging them in. They seem to work fine for the most part. I was a little disappointed with the fact that it doesn't come with batteries. That made it a tad frustrating, but I have rechargeable batteries that I always forget about, so it worked out. I just try to make sure the kids plug them in when they are done, and if they forget it will last more then just a day obviously. They are a tad tight for plugging them in, but they plug in. If you have a Xbox One, and happen to have/be willing to buy rechargeable, then this could be good for saving on batteries.
