Love the colors!

This is another of the recent bluetooth speakers that have come in to my home. I picked up four at the same time, mostly from the same seller, so some of what I have to say may be similar to other recent reviews. The main differences are in the design and lighting.

We had absolutely no problems pairing it up to various phones, each time having no trouble with the connections and no static or interference. You don't have to disconnect a device before adding another. It simply picks up the device and uses it. It is powered by usb and comes with the cable you need for charging, but you can unplug it and take it with you when you are ready to go. The life is pretty good on the battery. The power button on the side of the speaker on the bottom to turn it on and off. There are also buttons to push to  control the volume, mute, and turn on the lighting feature. But you can also control the volume from your phone. S   I was impressed at the sound quality of this little speaker that you can easily hold in one hand. It works great if you want a small player that allows you to listen from your desk or bedroom, but would also be great for things like us swimming outside and setting it on the table or while doing cleaning in the house and moving from room to room. I did not test the distance on it though, since I had my phone nearby when it was playing. So I am not sure of the range it has when you remove the connected device.

I really like the design of this. My son said he thought it looked cheap. Then I turned it on and he changed his mind. With the lights off it is nothing impressive, but once you turn the lights on it looks great. The hexagonal design on the outside gives  it a nice effect with lights and the coloring is very subtle and eye appealing. It is not blinding and doesn't light up the whole room, so makes for great mood lighting or a soft night light.

While it is a great bluetooth speaker, it is not something I willb e carrying around with me. Though they say it is portable, it is larger than my hand. I can't wrap my hand around it. I can easily carry it since it is not heavy at all. But it is definitely too bulky to drop in a bag and carry along.
