extremely loud

FINALLY... an alarm clock that actually wakes up my son. He is an extremely hard sleeper. Even he said that the alarm is loud. After trying about a dozen alarm clocks, we can finally stop searching for the perfect 1. I only wish it had a plug for it instead of it being completely battery powered. Will just have to make sure the batteries don't die before he replaces them. It takes 3 AAA batteries. I wasn't expecting much when it came in because it's small but I sure was surprised at how loud it is.
