I have a bamboo cutting board. I wanted these so I can use them for different meats. I took the measurments and they fit perfectly ontop of my cutting board that I have at home. They are thick and have a rubber piece in the holes so the board stays in place while I cut. it also has grooved on one end in the middle so the food does not slip. They are about the size of a piece of note book paper .
