This tool is awesome. First off, it saves a lot of room in my utensil drawer. I don't have to go digging for the vegetable peeler, the scissors, or the bottle opener, it's all right there in one convenient tool. Second, it's really safe to use. I end up cutting myself pretty much every time I use a knife. This tool has a safety latch to prevent accidental cuts. It opens up easily and comes apart easily as well. So far I've used this for pretty much all of my feed prep. I can chop carrots and celery, I can even peel the carrots. I've used it for cutting chicken and also chopping herbs. The "cutting board" that's attached to it makes it really easy to cut up vegetables and herbs without cutting yourself. It's made of rust proof stainless steel which also keeps a really sharp edge to it for longer than most other knives. The handles are soft and fit perfectly in my hands. Clean up is simple as well. I take it apart and wash both pieces, put it up to dry, put it back together, and just toss it into the utensil drawer. I can peel, chop, cut, open bottles, slice, and dice with this tool. It makes dinner preparation a lot easier and quicker too. I have even let my granddaughter use it without fear of her getting cut. I think that this is the best kitchen tool by far!
