Does the opposite of vacuum

I bought this hoping to help solve my massive cat hair issue. I brush the cat but hair ends up flying around. I even have to take her outside on nice days so that the hair mess is outside. I was excited to be able to vacuum and contain the hair. That did not happen. This contraption blew hair everywhere and nothing collected in the container. I tried to return it as it was totally useless.  Seller didn't even want the junk back and only gave me a partial return. I'm not happy and will never use this seller again.
