Efficient way to deal with houseplant pests!

This is a nice set-- the yellow stickers are nice and big and can be stuck directly in the dirt, put on a spike in a larger plant, or hung by a wire/string.  They yellow attracts them, and they are very stick.  I love growing herbs on my kitchen window sill and inevitable one of them gets little flies at some point in the year.  They are such a headache to try to treat by squirting things on the plant itself or in the soil.  This way I can treat the soil once and put these up and hopefully between the two it will eventually stop the cycle.
