Let me just say I LOVE THIS BENCH! I do a lot of gardening. I have a vegetable garden and several flower gardens and this bench has saved my back and my knees. You can sit on it or flip it and kneel on it. It is padded so it is comfortable. It also comes with pockets to hold your tools. It includes a tool kit which has a hand trowel, hoe and cultivator hand rake and garden gloves. This bench folds up so you can store it away. I am very impressed with the quality and versatility of this bench!
