I can not understand the tag, but apparently means that this "onesie" is made of 100% cotton. The fabric seems thick but very soft to the touch. Excellent craftmanship, exquisitely sewn together. Too bad that I bought this for my 19 months son (it was too big) but had to give it to my 5 year old daughter that liked it. Arrived odorless, so I think they really used organic coloring.
