I purchased this set of pulleys by #HUICAO in order to replicate my rehab on my right shoulder after rotator cuff shoulder. This silver pulley was easy to setup. I just used a rope and had my son hang it from the arch of the doorway of my closet and I added a handle on each side of the rope in order to do pulls in order to stretch my shoulder movement .At $4.90 for 2 this is a real bargain! Definitely recommend this set of pulleys.
