Strong and secure but need to know how to post the arm for safety

The bottom clipper was really strong and securing the stand to the table or surfaces. The phone clipper has a good grip on phone as well. The long arm was a little too hard to twist and post; it was strong, but one have to know how to post the arm in a certain angle to secure it from dropping slowly. Posting it upward like an S is the best so far.
