~ Why ~
This is a fun advent calendar as it is colorful and creative as a child decorates it daily. I like its size and how adaptable it is for toddlers to older children. The decorations include an angel, ball, bell, candy cane, cookie, dove, drum, fruit, gingerbread man, hat, heart, mitten, ornament, polar bear, reindeer, rocking horse, santa, sled, snowflakes, snowman, soldier, star, stocking, tree, and wreath. There are no sharp points or objects that could injure a little one.

~ Why Not ~
Some may not like using an advent calendar or have to take the time to count down each day to Christmas. Others may wish there were no santa inferences. Velcro tabs are specifically placed on the tree and the back of each decoration so one can only put them on designated areas on the surface. The tree is folded when it arrives, so some of the branches do not lay flat on the wall.

As a Christian who promotes Christmas is all about Jesus’s birth, I wish this package included objects that focused on the Real Meaning such as a baby, manger, shepherds, gifts, kings, shining star, etc.
