SERIOUSLY????

I just dont understand. These would be perfect except for the sheet idiocy of a minor detail. The fabric that they chose to use to go around your neck to hold up the wings has gemstones printed on it. What in the total?????   Why could they not have used black fabric? How is this a rational choice. My own obliviousness must be to blame because it is actually even photographed on the listing and I did not even notice. It renders this totally undesireable and I have to figure out how to undo it.
