It sort of serves it's purpose. It could have been constructed better in my opinion. The material is good but the actual pillow is not sewn in so it falls out when you unstrap the thing. Also it could stand to be a little bigger so that you can actually rest your chin on it. However, the size might be better for children. I gave it a 3.0 because it's somewhat functional but could use some improvements.
