We got this in a boxed packed very nice, everything we needed to install was included and the directions were easy to understand. We did it ourselves did not hire anyone to install, it took about 30-40 mins and it’s working great. I love the look of this faucet the brushed nickel looks great in our kitchen. The pull down sprayer is great for cleaning big item in the sink like pots and pans also it is very well controlled the water does not go everywhere. I love how it arks up it really adds flair to the sink makes it look a little more high-end. The water pressure is great, the included installation hoses felt high quality. I like how it has the steam mode and the one switch hot and cold makes it easier to regulate.

It is a great value for the price we are redoing our kitchen and really didn’t have a lot of money to spend, I feel we got the same look as the high prices ones for much less and it works great.
