These pens aren't the best quality I've ever had (they just feel a bit cheap) but they are well worth the price and do the job well, so nothing more you can ask for!
I like fine liner pens for writing rather than sharpies for example, as they're a lot easier to use and there's less risk of smudging and writing too thick to be readable, thus ruining what you've written. I don't really draw or colour in so I can't comment much on that, but other reviewers have gone into detail about colouring with these pens.
I've shown an example of each colour just to try and show the true colours of the pens, I hope that helps! (after I did my work of art, I realised there's a listing image with exactly the same thing done which ruined my moment lol)
Overall, these are great pens and worth the price. I will be buying again.
