Works great simple set up

iv given 4stars but may deserve a 5.We recieved this packaged in box labelled with brand name.The fountain comes in 5pieces but there is an instruction booklet telling you how to assemble it and it’s pretty simple to work out anyway.We had it assembled in 10min ( and were not very tech or good at DIY lol) You fill the fountain with water to max fill line of just above filter and plug it in with lead supplied and instantly the water rises up through the flower then trickles back down in a constant cycle.The fountain makes a calming trickling noise that my 18 year old daughter loves.Now the reason I only gave 4stars my cats have not gone near it neither of them will use it.I really though they would as neither of my cats will drink still water from a bowl the both stand on toilet or bathroom basin catching drips to drink or if you turn tap on for them they will lap it from flowing tap so I thought they would love fountain but NO neither has done more than sniff it.I intend to leave out for the week and if still not drink from it will give to my daughter and let her place in bedroom to listen to calming trickle.The fountain comes with a flowered plastic mat to stand the fountain on which is a lovely touch as stops any possible spills.
