These are very soft and comfortable, silicone heel pads. We tried the 2.5mm set and it felt great. I have diabetes and heels spurs so my heels and feet hurt a LOT. I wore these for two days at work and they worked great. I have this thing about a wrinkle in my sock bugging me and I worried that these would bug me like that but they didn't. I actually couldn't feel them under my socks or in my shoes. They are super soft and very stretchy. They weren't tight even when my feet swelled up. They offered a great cushion for my aching feet all day long. I really loved these. They're made with medical grade silicone and they have little air holes to allow breathing room. They also didn't slide around while walking.
