it's IMPORTANT to have basic first aid items on hand until first responders arrive on scene! I bought four of these and intend to buy more and add a few extras to them. None of us know when tragedy will strike and how we'll handle it when it does, but having a well-stocked kit nearby helps take the guesswork out of providing basic care when you're nervous and perhaps in need of first aid yourself.  

Do yourself a favor and get one for the car and one for the house! Hopefully, all you'll need to give is a bandaid and kiss a "boo-boo". But, if something more difficult arises, this kit can see you through, hopefully,  until professional help arrives.
