Got this for my niece , she recently had a c section and this gives so much support. Also helps with her posture and because it's adjustable it works from day 1 when you are swollen and as the swelling goes down you keep adjusting for the perfect amount of support. The elastic is soft and comfortable, she'll be good as new fast.
