I wasn't expecting this to be as thick as it is. These are both very sturdy with no bowing in the center as happens with my other baking sheet. The small pan is a perfect replacement for my old pan that came with my toaster over. The larger one is perfect for making small batches in the big oven. The sides are very deep, which I really like because I'm not the best cook and sometimes I have significant spill-over which often drips out when I try to remove my other baking sheets. I don't think this will be a problem with these sheets. They are so deep, I think the larger one can be used under a roasting rack.
This are my first stainless steel pans and I'm very excited to see how things cook up on these. They are very well made, I couldn't ask for a better quality baking pan, stainless or otherwise.
