Great customer service. I had a issue with the initial curling irons sent to me and the seller quickly fixed the issue.
The curling iron itself is nice. I was confused at first with the function of the curling iron and flat iron. But after few practice trys I got it. It's a matter of of remembering which function you are trying to use.
They get very hot. I'm waiting on the replacement pair to try in my own hair but on my curly wig it worked awesome.
