I am constantly searching the house to find the USB Type C cords for my new phones. This plug actually has the USB Type C built right in. It comes with a charge cord that accomodates my Ipad as well. This plug is great because I can now easily charge both my android smart phones and my Ipad at the same time. It's super convenient and so much easier than keeping track of multiple charge plugs.
