I have been using this toaster since September and so far it's been working very well. It's well made as I bought it for my home in Central America which is very humid and cheaply made applances do not last very long there. I have purchased products from this company in the past and have absolutely no complaints.
The defrost feature is a bonus which I love. With my previous toaster, waffles would come out cold inside and longer settings would mean burning the outside to cook the insides. This is not the case with the COSSCCI toaster. Perfect toast, every time.
I would recommend this product 100%.
