Colorful Markers

I was excited when I was supposed to receive these Markers. However, they are not what I expected them to be. My other markers work better than these. To me they had a water based consistency that would take a while to dry and then it wasn't giving me a solid color when it did with some of the markers. I had to shake the markers so that the ink would be applied to the tip of them. There are an assortment of colors which is cool.
