I have been told for a while that I needed to get one of these.  I am disabled and can't get out like I would like to.  I was staying depressed and down and my vit d was very low. My house does not have a good place to get good sunlight inside. I have been using this light and I can tell that my moods have changed.  I am looking forward to the winter months because this light is going to be a life changer for me. It is small and portable so easy to move from room to room or take with you.  It works great.
