This power strip works well, wethere sitting on your desk or on the floor. I've got it on my office desk, so I can plug up and charge my phone at any time, and when I need to bring my laptop into the office, I can easily plug it up without having to get under the desk. The only thing that I wish was different about this would be it having mounting holes on the back so it could be mounted on a wall. Other than that, I've got no issues!
