This is a really nice waist trimmer. It’s comfy and non-irritating as well as easy to use. I ALMOST could’ve used a large instead of the medium but I’m just going to shed a couple pounds and then it will be perfect. THEN i will shed even more!!! I like this bc it has 2 belts, one just to go around waist and the other are the stretch ones to really pull  tight and slim down your waistline! I had a lot of fun with that! My waist looked tiny!
