Effective

My doctor suggested I get these and I'm so glad I did.  I love that these are silicone, it makes them so easy to clean and super smooth.  I've been using them since I got them and I already notice the difference.  This is an amazing value, you get 6 well made, beautiful weights all in one set.  The box they come in is quite sturdy which makes it great for storing the wholee set together.
