I received the thermal label printer and got it hooked up and installed. It wouldn't print they way it was supposed to. Printed very light, I ask to return for a refund and the seller took the printer back without issues. Thank you so much for being an honest seller. Don't let this make you not want to purchase this printer. I just got a defective one.
