I usually use the powder highligher which of course can be used as eye shadow lip color too. But I wanted to try this as a liquid. The powder will get contaminated and since I don't use it often enough, I'll have to thrown it away. This has a dazzling effect though! Much more noticeable than the powder. It takes very little Product to get the finished look I want. I was surprised, but this brand has always been one of my favorites.
