Whether you're whisking eggs for a fluffy omelet or scrambled eggs, a nice and airy cake, or pancakes this whisk is the best tool possible in order to achieve these goals. It has a wirel balloon inside the whisk that whips and beats the air and turns the batter better which is why this wired whisk is better than other types of whisks. At ok only $5.97 this is a great addition to several types of gift baskets. I love adding this tool to family breakfast gift baskets where I inc l.j Jude a box of pancake mix, a box of biscuit mix, and a few envelopes of muffin mix. I then add this whisk and a scraper and place it all inside a nice mixing bowl which I wrap in a gift basket bag purchased at the dollar store. Will be buying several whisks to include with my baskets
