I have to say I didnt expect it to be any better then the other ones I have bought and didnt work. Well to my surprise I woke up with no headache and no neck ache. I would highly recomend this to all. I would go as far to say I also have been going through menapause and I am hot all the time. This pillow is the first that actually kept me cool at the same to time. A+ quality A+for relief A+for cooling.
