This is a very handy adapter, particularly for my old computer. Most of my devices are now HDMI capable; however, there are still some require VGA only. I was able to use this adapter for my other old type Dell computer which has no HDMI capability. Another thing about this adapter is its 4K resolution. I don't have 4k Tv yet but I am planning to get one rather soon. I am definitely looking into how this adapter is going to work in this capacity. So far with my HD tv, it works perfectly
