It looks nice and shiny. The box came and all the parts are there. But when I installed it and turned the water on... It leaked everywhere. Both hoses leaked and it wouldn't turn to adjust the settings either. I packed it back in the box and I am sending it back, I'm hoping it was just a mistake.
