Definitely runs on the small side, like child-size small. Looks as described on Amazon, but one of the pics shows a guy wearing the ring on his thumb and there's no way unless you have tiny fingers. Barely fit halfway on my pinky, but I guess that still almost fits. Otherwise, decent design and as described.
