We all know smoking is so bad for you and the latest trend is gaping so I’ve bought this as a stop smoking aid based on that, I hope in time to cut down smoking cigarettes concentrate on using this, then move onto no nicotine and then stop completely with this as my emergency back up . So far this has been a good product, easy to set up and a pleasure to use. The flavour is good too... great value kit offering much more in the set than most advertised
