It’s a must have especially if you have braces. My dentist recommended me to get one, and I did not expect very much from it. However, it leaves my mouth feeling very clean and fresh. I use the water flosser with a mouthwash/lukewarm water mixture, followed by dental brushes and then regular toothbrush and toothpaste. Yes, it can be a bit messy, but quick to get used to. Your gums are clean no constantly trying to remove food from your teeth. I love it and recommend purchasing it.
