Upon receiving these I read the box of course and I found that I was unable to use them due to being diabetic so I gave them to my roomate. She cleansed her face as instructed and applied the strip. She said it was a little painful removing it, but it certainly worked as described. She was pleased with the result and will be purchasing them again.
